Dog CC
Best of Breed
Utility Group 4

Judge: Jenny Killilea (Redwitch)
Group Judge: Mr M Quinney

Report: I judged this boy as a youngster, I liked him then & found no reason to change my mind today, most attractive of heads with broad muzzle, correct bite, plenty of cheek, neat, thick, well placed ears carried in line with strong neck, straight well boned front, substantial body & balanced by a full well set tail, in full standoff coat & excellent hard condition, handled to get the best out of him & moved at just the right pace. CC, BOB, G4

Group Report: Very typy and balanced outline. Masculine head with good expression and neat small ears. Deep, clear, red colouration. Spot on for handling and presentation.

Judge: Liz Cartlidge

Report: beautifully conditioned & coated, typical head & eyes, well shown & handled. Not quite as fluent in movement as I should have liked

Blackpool Ch Show
2nd Limit Dog

Judge: Faye Bevis

Report: r/b/w, presented to perfect the stance he was my winner, beautiful head & small well set ears, well developed cheeks, good neck, standing on good legs & tight feet, mature body & tight tail, good angulation behind & good second thigh, moved OK. Tired a little when moving them all again, am sure his day will come.

Border Union Ch Show
1st Limit Dog

Judge: Greame Cruze

Report: Very good type, very good head & typical expression, correct small triangular ears with slightly rounded tips, inclining forward over the eyes, eye medium brown of correct almond shape, scissor bite, good crest of neck, body is balanced with desired ratio of 9:10, tail is large & full & dips down flank in a 3/4 curl, colour & markings clear & defined. Showing a slight lameness on the move which, although he was still worthy to win the class based on his type & outline, unfortunately it cost him higher awards in the challenge.

Judge: Mrs Chris McLean (Melodor)

Report: Good sized youngster with nice colour and markings, Masculine head, dark eyes, small ears, good body shape, front and hind angles, large full well carried tail, sound enough but tends to pull at times when moving and I'm sure this will improve as he has plenty of time on his side, well presented and handled.

This was Caeson's first show and he certainly amazed us with his endless ability to pull it out of the bag, even after such a long day for a young puppy! Many thanks to the Judges who thought so highly of Caeson!
