It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sad sad loss of our foundation boy 'Remi'. Bred by Andrew and Sheena Clark, we will never be able to show our appreciation enough for this outstanding dog in both type and temperament. A wonderful and loyal soul, playing the figure of Grandpa to our younger generation (his great grand-daughter Miley). Remi we will miss you for the rest of our lives, you were truly a dog in a million and will be irreplaceable in our hearts. Sleep well now my beautiful boy, and wait for me at the bridge xxxx

Remi came to us in 2005 to strengthen our breeding program and that is exactly what he has done. Remi has produced for us consistent type and along with his kennel mate 'Pru' has laid solid foundations for our future.

Remi is an outstanding Red and White male of exceptional type, with an amazing head, small ears, heavy bone, substance and fantastic movement. His temperament is exceptional, he's a real gentle giant, enjoying kisses, cuddles and plenty of fuss he is an absolute joy to have around. Like the finest of wine, Remi just gets better with maturity. We are so lucky to own this beautiful boy and our heartfelt thanks must go to his devoted breeders Sheena & Andrew Clark (Anshee) for entrusting Remi into our care and for their continued help and support over the years, without you guys we wouldn't be where we are today - Thank you!

As a youngster Remi enjoyed a light show career with his handler Andrew, on his 6 month Birthday winning Best Puppy, Best Of Breed, Puppy Group 1 and Adult Group 2. Remi has since retired here to Whitewreath, where he still enjoys as much attention as he can possibly get from you. He is such a placid soul and lives alongside our younger Akita's, even the males, quite happily without any problems.

He really has dug his wee paws deep into our hearts, we could not imagine life with out the big daft fool.
